| THE FERRIS PAINTING STORY |
| Many of you know Ferris Painting and are aware of our reputation for quality painting and service for more than thirty-two years throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Since 1975 we have painted over 5000 buildings, mostly condo and commercial building exteriors, our special know-how. Our clients like our quality and service. Over 70% of our business today consists of repeat contracts. Many of the condo and commercial buildings we have painted in 2006 and 2007 are buildings that we have painted several times. Our present painting staff consists of 25 qualified painters. Every one of these men have been trained in the Ferris "Quality First" system which requires scrupulous surface cleaning and preparation, highest quality application methods by experienced painters supervised by our very experienced painting supervisors. We use top quality paint and other materials produced by the best manufacturers for lasting performance. Each of our painting crews is supervised by a trained and qualified supervisor. The combined average painting experience of our crews is 5-10 years, and our five production supervisors have a combined experience of 49 years. Our Project Superintendent (Jose Garcia) has been with Ferris Painting for 19 years and is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced management persons in the industry.
