The results met or exceeded our expectations, and there were many comments by unit owners and residents about the positive attitude of the crew and their care and responsiveness to special needs and concerns. The entire bid and contracting process was made easier by Greg Lewis, who made himself available for a Homeowners Meeting to discuss the project and answer questions about the process and its effect on the day-to-day situation of the complex. That went a long way toward making the experience livable. He was very patient with our rather involved color-selection process, providing sample swatches in a timely manner when needed. The crew, both individually and collectively, were very responsive when asked to accommodate specific needs of individual unit occupants, in addition to their efficient and professional painting. The job proceeded in an orderly way, with careful masking of windows, doors, lighting fixtures, and metalwork, and thorough cleanup. The fact that they were able to do the wood and stucco repair needed themselves helped to control both the time and cost of the project. Overall, we are very pleased with having our complex restored to an almost 'like new' look.
