I wanted to let you know that Ismael, Alfredo, and Jesus worked really well as a team during our recent exterior painting project. I appreciate the thoroughness of their prep work, particularly patching the wood trim and sealing the gaps with silicone. Also, I appreciate you coming out to post notices on all of the unit doors prior to the job. It's clear you have a lot of experience working with HOAs.
