Our homeowners association has used Ferris Painting a few times now.
Initially, they came in and bid some painting work with other companies and got that 1st job here.
That first experience with them was really good.
The quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew, and the flexibility with start dates worked quite well for our association.
Since then, we have brought them back out twice to do more painting, and even a few small non-painting jobs that helped us get the painting work completed.
As always, the crew has done great work, clean up after themselves really well and have no issue if something needed to be touched up.
I would not hesitate recommending Ferris for any exterior painting need, whether single story or multi-story like our complex is.
