Thank you so much for making our building beautiful again! The wrought ironwork surrounding Cape Colony Condominium Association had not been painted since the building was completed nearly 30 years ago. Your professional team of painters painstakingly removed the rust, primed and painted until it all looked like new. All the while, the painters were mindful of the resident traffic in the surrounding area; were clean and neat, and never spilt a drop of paint anywhere!
The same comments go fot eh super job your compnay performed on staircases, banisters and railings - they look great too. It was pleasure to work with Javier and his crew.
The Board of Directors will definitely consider Ferris Painting for any future work at the complex - hopefully soon.

several retaining walls, railings and fences, as well as an exterior door.
This was a moderate-sized project that was done as part of our annual
maintenance of the property.
Ferris was professional in all aspects of the project. They came out
promptly to bid the project, did an excellent job discussing alternative
approaches helping me to determine the most cost-effective project for us,
and did the work in a timely manner. Most importantly, the quality of their

"We want to express appreciation for the work of Ferris Painting, Inc., in
painting our ten-unit complex at 4543 Coldwater Canyon Avenue, Studio
City, California, and for the courteous and professional manner in which it
was done. The results met or exceeded our expectations, and there were
many comments by unit owners and residents about the positive attitude of
the crew and their care and responsiveness to special needs and concerns.
The entire bid and contracting process was made easier by Greg Lewis,
who made himself available for a Homeowners Meeting to discuss the
project and answer questions about the process and its effect on the
day-to-day situation of the complex. That went a long way toward making
the experience livable. He was very patient with our rather involved
color-selection process, providing sample swatches in a timely manner
when needed.
The crew, both individually and collectively, were very responsive when
asked to accommodate specific needs of individual unit occupants, in
addition to their efficient and professional painting. The job proceeded in
an orderly way, with careful masking of windows, doors, lighting fixtures,
and metalwork, and thorough cleanup. The fact that they were able to do
the wood and stucco repair needed themselves helped to control both the
time and cost of the project.
Overall, we are very pleased with having our complex restored to an almost
'like new' look. In particular, as project manager, I appreciate having had
my job made easier by the cooperation and responsiveness I received. "
